Maya needs a quiet, low key home, where she can chill in the backyard, roll in the grass, sniff out the perimeter, and patrol/defend the yard by warning her family with lots of barks! She is potty trained, leash trained, and does not require a crate. She is fine to roam the house and prefers to lay next to the air conditioning vent. She loves to say hello to dogs and humans alike on her daily walks, but may take time to warm up to men.Maya thinks kids are ok but would prefer a home with no children where her family is home most of the day. She loves having all of the love and attention to herself which she absolutely deserves but, may get along with a dog close to her in age. While she enjoys frequent belly rubs on the couch, she will need an active family who will take her on daily walks and go on adventures in the car to sniff out new places. She was bred to be a companion dog and needs to be in a home where she is with her humans. She's a loyal companion who deserves a family that will shower her with love and attention and in return they will will be rewarded with love and loyalty.
