Little Maya is a 5 month old terrier beauty that was rescued from a shelter in the south. Our girl is only 9 lbs so should be a bit under 20 lbs fully grown. She is a TERRIER: what that means is that she is VERY loveable, VERY playful, VERY active and FULL of mischief! Play is her middle name: whether it is with a person, dog or cat!. She will let you know when she wants attention (talkative!). She would do best with someone who is with her most of the day at first to help her with her housebreaking which she is working on. For the right person/family: she will be a SUPER doggie! Adoption fee: $425

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
