PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE INQUIRING - WE RESPOND FIRST TO THOSE WHO PUT IN AN ADOPTION APPLICATION MAYA IS BEING FOSTERED NEAR CEDAR RAPIDS, IA Maya is a gorgeous, honey sweet Sharpei mix coming in at around 2 years old. She was found on the streets of Cleveland, TX. Evident that she had been a mother before and struggling to survive on her own, we were able to get her off the streets. She is crate trained, knows some basic commands, and has great leash manners. She is good with other dogs, her favorite foster brother being Raj at the moment (a shih tzu mix). She also is good with kids, but would prefer her kiddos to be over 8 since fast movements can be kind of scary. Cats are no biggie to Maya! Could this lover girl be your perfect family member? Maya is HW positive, which unfortunately is common in Texas dogs that have not received preventative medicine. The good news is we have completed her treatment with our veterinarian, and she is ready for adoption! Maya is spayed, current on vaccinations, monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped.
