Meet Abbie!

Meet Abbie! This sweet little Reindeer is looking for her forever home for the Holidays. Abbie was brought into a high intake shelter as a stray. The shelter staff found a microchip and contacted the owners. Abbie waited and waited, and they never showed. She ended up getting attacked by her kennel mate and then spent 44 days in the shelter wondering why her family never came for her. Due to the shelter being full, Abbie ended up on the euthanasia list because of her length of stay and lack of interest. Not one person inquired about her during her 44 days in the shelter. Thankfully we came across her last-minute plea and knew we couldn't leave her in her golden years to end this way. Abbie has the sweetest silver face that we think adds more character to her. She gets along with dogs with a similar energy level. She is no longer a puppy but does have her moments of zoomies. She would prefer another older companion or being the only pup in the home. She is very friendly with everyone she meets. She likes to lay around but also go on walks and be in the water. Ahe is in her golden years but still have so much love to give. Abbie has been in our program for 4 months with no interest and still has so much love to give.
