My name is Meme and looking for my forever home! I’m a quiet, 6-year-old girl with an old soul who just wants to sit close to you. If you don’t give me pets, I’ll hit you with my paw a couple of times until you get the hint! I’m so grateful for affection. I’ll just look at you lovingly with my big brown eyes while you pet me. If you lean in close to me, I’ll give you soft kisses. I’m very relaxed and low energy, but still enjoy my daily walks. I know basic sit, stay, and come commands, but we’re still working on some manners because I may sneak some human food when I can. A secure, fenced in yard is a must for me! I’m a bit of an escape artist, especially if I’m in pursuit of a squirrel, chipmunk or bird! I’m not fazed by noise though! My foster family lives on busy road, and I still enjoy my walks! When someone new comes to the house, I get a little anxious and bark, but I settle down quickly and happily get some pets! I do well with my foster family’s older children who are very gentle with me. I also get along with the resident dog, but will need a proper, slow introduction. A forever home without cats or other small animals be a good fit for me. I weigh 31 lbs and have no known health issues. I’m also house and crate-trained.
