Memphis

Please note Memphis is located in OREGON Memphis is a 1 year old, easy-going Cane Corso that just wants somebody to love at all times. He was rescued from a really horrible situation - found in a backyard with 40 other corsos. Breeder gone bad. He is e-collar trained on recall, place, etc & loose leash walks great! He is a 96lb big ole baby! He gets along with other dogs and lives with 2 cats but still sometimes forgets that they may not want to play with him. He is submissive, dopey, and just the biggest teddy bear you’ll ever meet. He does have some separation anxiety that needs to be worked through and is not fan of the kennel, but tolerates some kennel use (although be prepared for some whining). Memphis is a great dog with a lot of love to give - he's looking for a human(s) who will provide leadership, structure, and routine. Memphis will grow up to be a big dog so continued structure is very important for his future. *please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet. We do not transport our dogs. If you apply from out of state we do request you come to Los Angeles to meet us and fly home in cabin or drive. www.apurposefulrescue.org
