Hey! Hello! My name is Merida or Mer for short. Yep, you guessed it, just like the Disney Princess from Brave. My foster mom says that my name is perfect for me because I Am brave! Here's a little about me! I have had a little bit of a rough start in life, but according to my foster mom you'd never know because she tells me I am the goodest and sweetest girl. I have this thing Foster mom calls seizures. It can be very scary for the hoomans but mom says not to let that scare you because we are working on getting it under control and she says when I get adopted, my new family can call her whenever to ask questions, or get guidance/reassurance. I also really love to snuggle with my people. I will gladly sleep next to you at night and give you all the snuggles throughout the day. I LOVE kids. I have 3 hoomans I live with now. One is 11 and the other 2 are 3 years old. They all love me and the little ones love to hug and squeeze me all day long. And I am totally okay with it! I Love hoomans of all ages so I would be happy at a home with kids or a home with older adults where someone could love on me all day because you're home! I walk great on a leash and never pull. I also love my dog brother and get along with all other dogs. Mom says I am the perfect dog! I rarely bark (only when a squirrel stares at me through the window, or when I'm playing with my fur brother) , I'm great in the car, I take my medicines easily, and I am extremely calm and patient. I'm happy to chew my bones, and sleep! Mom also tells me I am a princess and just overall the sweetest girl in the whole world and any family would be lucky to have me. Don't let my seizures fool you. I love to play and pounce on my ball, go on walks, and have the occasional zoomies! I will also go into my crate without problem while you are gone. I'm just a really happy and loving girl. Mom says I am on the smaller size since I am full grown at 50lbs! Let's meet!
