Meet Midge, the 9-year-old Chihuahua-Dachshund mix with a heart full of love and a nose keen on exploration. She's a darling who cherishes her cuddle time but is equally content to nap on her own doggy bed. Midge has a gentle soul and enjoys the simple things in life—like snuggling on the couch or sunbathing in the yard. Though she generally gets along well with other dogs, she's a lady who values her personal space and won't hesitate to vocalize when her boundaries are crossed. Midge walks on a leash but be warned: she's a 'stop and smell the roses' (and everything else) kind of gal! While she's crate-trained, Midge prefers the freedom of letting herself out at night for a quick sip of water or an outdoor break. She thrives when she has either a human or a furry companion by her side throughout the day. Midge will thrive in a home where she can be showered with affection and have her unique preferences respected.
