Meet Mika!
Mika joined us from the same very small rural shelter in South Georgia that we have been getting so many at risk dogs from lately. It was another situation where if we hadn't have gone to get her, she would have been euthanized later that day. So unfair for any dog but especially one who hasn't even had a chance to live yet - she's only a year old after all!!
Mika is a small little girl with a smile and personality so much larger than her little body. She gets along great with the other dogs and cats in her foster home but given the choice of who she wants to hang out with she will choose her foster mom every time! She's looking for an active adopter who wants a true BFF. Her small size makes her the perfect travel companion (she can definitely fly with you!) so she is going to want to be included in all of your adventures!
