Mike is a sweet, playful, fun little guy! He can be a little shy with new people and dogs but once he warms up to you, he will follow you around and sneak in some kisses and snuggles whenever he can!
He loves car rides, sun bathing, balls, and a good chewy toy.
Mike is very agile and has incredible jumping abilities but his energy levels are pretty moderate. He would love to have a yard with a 6ft fence so he can’t escape! At the same time, he enjoys his naps and makes an incredible WFH buddy!
He is slowly getting more confident on the leash, as he seems to get a bit anxious with the outdoor dogs barking in our neighborhood.
Mike knows sit, stay, paw (shake) and sleeps in his crate at night. He has shown some signs of resource guarding towards our resident dog so he is fed in a separate room and we occasionally hand feed him as a training exercise. He has not resource guarded his food or toys with humans, it appears to be only with dogs.
