Hi, I’m Miklo! I was adopted when I was a puppy and lived with my family for 4 years until recently. Due to unforeseen circumstances they had to surrender me to Safe Haven. I am now with my foster parents, the resident dog and another foster! As you can see, I'm a bundle of sweetness and charm, ready to win your heart with my adorable personality. I love being outside exploring, running after tennis balls or just catchin some rays. And car rides with the wind in my fur? Absolutely, sign me up! When I’m not playing, I love to snuggle! Evenings are prime snuggle nights! I'll be right beside you, ready to watch a movie or a show. If you are looking for a loyal companion who thrives on togetherness, I'm your guy! Behavior Miklo is a medium energy dog who loves to be the center of attention. He has a big bark initially but give him a minute and he will be your best friend. He knows his basic commands. He is fully potty trained and sleeps in his crate throughout the night. He takes treats like a perfect gentleman. Health Miklo is up to date on all vaccinations and has no prior health conditions. Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments. Fostering is a rewarding experience for your family.
