Miller

Sweet Miller. When we say this boy loves love, we mean it. He wants to be with you at all times and soaks up any affection you're willing to give. He is great on a leash, laid back and will make a wonderful companion. Miller is expected to be almost 9 years old. He comes with a registered microchip, is up to date on vaccines and preventatives and is approximately 75 pounds. This boy was surrendered on a chain by his precious owner to the Fort Worth Shelter. He was heartworm positive, had conjunctivitis in his eyes, terrible hair loss and contracted an upper respiratory infection. Given his background, it makes complete sense to us why he so appreciates tender loving care from his foster! We have poured so much love into this boy. He is healthy, over his upper respiratory infection and has completed his heartworm treatments. He will need rest and easy walks until 8/17 (30 days post heartworm treatment). When we rescued him he was listed as neutered, but he is not. Given he just went through heartworm treatment, there is a waiting period before he can go under anesthesia. We provide a voucher for neuter and do require the procedure be done once the waiting period is over.
