Miss Luna

Meet Miss Luna! Miss Luna is an adult Catahoula/Rottweiler mix who found herself on borrowed time when her and her sister lost the only home they've ever known due to no fault of their own. Luckily, Almost Home Foundation was able to step up and save both of them just in time, but now Miss Luna is looking for a foster or forever home Miss Luna is not only beautiful, but she is smart and sweet too! She love humans and will slobber you with kisses if you allow it. She previously lived with her sister, a small dog and cat - and we believe with proper and slow intros she could possibly have another canine friend in her next home. (Note that she seems to do better with little dogs)! She is potty and crate trained and knows the commands: sit, down, paw, high-five, and spin. This beautiful girl was saved from euthanasia but her journey isn't over yet. If you can be her stepping stone to forever (foster) or foster-to- adopt home, please fill out a no-obligation application so her Placement Coordinators can arrange a meet and greet. Adoption fee is $320 Almost Home Foundation's adoption requirements: Be at least 21 years of age; Have the consent of all adults living in the household; Have approval from the residence owner; Have valid ID with current address; Be approved by Almost Home Foundation as a suitable adoptive home; Live in the suburbs surrounding Schaumburg (Illinois Residents only)
