Moby

Moby is a male German Shepherd mix who is coming up on his 2nd birthday on April 15. Moby originally came to us Feb 28, 2023 and was quickly adopted 2 1/2 weeks later. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to us, Moby got away from his new owners and ran loose for the next 8-9 months. We were finally notified in December and within days had a humane trap set and caught him. We were able to do this with the help of some very kind individuals who had been setting food and water out for him through the summer and fall months. Moby is back with us now and is looking for a new home that can help him work through his utter lack of confidence and shyness. He is not aggressive in any way, choosing instead to melt into the background and watch. Moby will need an experienced owner who can read his body language and be able to judge when and how much attention he can handle. Moby is very sweet and kind and will be very loyal to his person.
