Hey there! I'm Mochi, your future silly sidekick. I'm a young, energetic chow chow with a zest for life and a genuine love of other dogs. My best friend and playmate is former K9AR monarch, Tito. Playtime, puzzles, and walkies keep my busy brain happy, but nothing tops treats, road trips, and cold floors. My thick coat needs regular brushing and detangling, plus regular home grooming to look my best. Trusting a groomer will take time; they need to understand my breed's aloofness and know not to shave a chow. I was born with hip dysplasia and though my hips have healed from surgery, I'm still very wary of anyone touching them. Look, I'm 90% loyal to my special human, with 10% reserved for my most authentic self. Bringing a guy around? Nope. Husband or dad? Sorry, still no. Friends? They shall not perceive me. My attention and affection are yours... that is until you leave the front door open - then it's later days nerd! So, what's my ideal match? A solo gal who works from home or is semi-retired, with another friendly chow or playful dog in an adult-only environment where my quirks and boundaries are respected.
