Senior Hearts Rescue and Renewal is the only licensed senior dog rescue organization in Western Pennsylvania. We do not have a shelter or a public facility. ALL of our dogs reside in foster homes in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. We are a 100% volunteer organization. Please respect our volunteers' time. If a dog is listed on PetFinder, he/she IS available for adoption. We cannot reply to messages, phone calls, and emails about a dog until we have received, reviewed, and approved an adoption application. You can meet a dog ONLY after we have completed our adoption approval process. And now a few words about sweet Miss Molly… Molly is a 7.5 lbs. little lady who is 13 years young. She is looking for her forever home where she can enjoy lazy days, laying in the sun, and getting lots of love and attention. She is a sweet little dog who loves being with her humans. She would make the perfect assistant if you work remotely. She will be right there if you need anything and will be very quiet while you are making phone calls or on a Zoom call. She does insist on a comfy bed and blankets. Her favorite music is classical but she is expanding into the 80's and before you know it she will be a Swiftie. She loves her walks, especially her evening ones. She is a slow walker so don't expect to get any exercise with her. A fur sibling her age and size would be good but she if fine as an only fur child. She can be adopted within a two-hour driving radius of Pittsburgh, PA.
