Momoa “Moe”

Come on, admit it… many would stand in line for a smooch from Momoa. Well… here’s your chance!! This big handsome heartthrob is Momoa aka “Moe”. He is around 4-5 years old and is likely an American Bulldog. His pneumonia is finally cleared up and he is at his healthy weight, around 67#. Just look at his brawny muscles ?. Moe was in rough shape when he found himself a stray at the Humane Society of Scott County. He weighed in at only 44#, had cold damage to his ears, double ear infections, raw and running nose, and was symptomatic with pneumonia. But Momoa also had plenty of doggie charisma, begging for hugs and trying to kiss everyone who hugged him. We saw Moe’s gorgeous forlorn face in his intake photo and could not say no! He was soon on his way to the vet and then to his foster home with multiple meds, a new expanding fan club, and hugs to share. Moe is more of a ladies man. He has been instantly enamored with every woman that he’s met, but is sometimes wary and slow to warm up with men. He will with patience and TLC. Momoa loves dog toys, but is still working on accurately identifying HIS toys. Because of this, he’s fine confined to an area that’s been dog proofed, but he shouldn’t be left loose in entire house when you leave. Momoa walks really well on a leash when he is relaxed. If something scares him, he will sometimes pancake. Moe gets nervous on car rides. He does not get sick, but is wary the entire time and would prefer to be on the floorboards. Moe is now potty trained. He is not a huge barker and loves other dogs. His ideal home would have a playmate his size. He loves to sleep with his pack. Moe is neutered, current on vaccines and prevention, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.
