Charlotte is such a sweet girl and she needs our help finding a fur-ever home. Charlotte was found as a puppy with the rest of her littermates. She had been starved and it was clear that nobody had ever been very nice to her. Most puppies are happy and carefree but Charlotte would run away at the mere sight of people. Charlotte has grown much more brave as she's gotten bigger but she still takes a few minutes to make new friends. Once she is comfortable enough to come out of her shell she is the most amazing dog. She is silly, goofy and wildly smart. She loves her people with all her heart. Her favorite game in the whole world is fetch. Charlotte has lived in a foster home with kids and dogs however she was unfortunate victim of a dog attack so we do not know how she is with dogs since. She may be most comfortable being the only dog in the home at this time. Charlotte is petite, weighing in at only 35 lb. She is 1 year old and we don't really know that she'll get much bigger. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with diabetes insipidus which causes her to drink a lot of water and have accidents when she does not take her meds. However the condition is easily fixed with a twice daily medication. Charlotte just needs someone to take a chance on her. We just know that there is someone out there that will see how wonderful and beautiful she really is. Click on more about us to fill out our adoption application
