Moonpie unfortunately is very under socialized.. Here are the things that she will need in a foster home in order to succeed:
1. Only an adult home, she is much too scared for any children.
2. Fenced in back yard, she is not leash trained at all and panics when on a leash.
3.
Lots of patience, she may take weeks-months in order to get comfortable with new people.
