Morgan - Located in CA

Morgan is a GORGEOUS young Mal mix female who was abandoned and found by a good samaritan who is now fostering her! She is learning how to be in a home and is good with other dogs but needs slow introductions. She's a home body. She is very happy to be home and play in the large backyard with the bigger dogs. She's not overly energetic, but playful with puppy energy. She absolutely loves playing with the maremma female puppy for a good hour early every morning and late every night. She loves to engage with the male Malinois and female too. But, she seems to have a prey drive for the small terrier in the home and probably would do best in a home with larger dogs. However, she's coachable and has absolutely grown to understand we don't tolerate that behavior. She is receptive to other dogs putting her in her place. She's super sweet, loving and interested in cuddling and sleeping on beds with us or checking on the girls throughout the night. She's not destructive when we are around, but when left alone in the house, she may find something fun to chew on. When things are picked up and put away, there are no issues. She did not do well in the crate however, bending the bottom and somehow crawling out of a four inch wide gap. She's absolutely potty trained and follows commands like go into the bedroom while we have contractors around. Formal training can be tricky because she's so sensitive and nervous. She is terrified of a leash. But she's also so smart that if you ask in a whisper for her to go over there, she will. Morgan is not interested in traveling, but could use more exposure to it to help her get comfortable and out of the home body lifestyle. Morgan is far more responsive to a female handler versus a male handler. She is EXTREMELY timid around men.
