Mozzarella

This might be cheesy, but Mozzarella will melt your heart! Oh, hi there! My name is Mozzarella. Just like my name, I'm an irresistible fan favorite. I'm sweet, snuggly, and ready for a furever family. I'm still just a pup at 1 year old and 18 pounds. I'm an adorable Corgi mix and a spayed, healthy girlie. I was brought to TAP from Riverside shelter almost on the verge of euthanasia, and being with a foster has been much better for me. I had 6 pups in TAP care and now it's mama's turn to shine. The only thing that would make me even happier is a place to call home! I'm a super sweet gal who is coming out of her shell. I'm a little anxious as I adjust to this new lifestyle. You can sometimes find me hiding under furniture with a sock that I mischievously borrowed. I do well with other dogs and enjoy exploring the yard. Since I'm a bit nervous it's best if I'm not in a home with kids. I like to chase birds, so cats and I probably wouldn't be besties. When I'm not sniffing around, you can find me cuddled up for some pets or snoozing at your feet. I make the best pawsonal assistant! As I'm acclimating to my new surroundings, I'm slowly dipping my paws into training. I still need some Puppy 101 (bathroom training) and can't wait to start learning from my people. I get a little sad when left alone but will calm down shortly. Most of all, I need to work on building my confidence through lots of positive reinforcement and encouragement. I am currently on Levetiracetam (~$20.00 for 1 months supply; price may vary based on market value and where purchased) to monitor and treat a seizure disorder.
