Mr. Bojangles is a senior Beagle whose owners thought so little of him that when his time was up at the pound, they still didn't come and get him. How this little dog remained such an upbeat, happy, friendly little character is beyond us. He has a nose for a new person to befriend, and the same goes for the other dogs as well. BoJangles is loving the finer things in life (a blanket in front of the air vent, a rawhide) while acclimating to life as a furry buddy instead of a forgotten pen dog. He is so extra deserving, and he holds no grudges.... just looks forward with a wag to his tail and a spark of hope in his eyes! Nobody has yet told him he is a senior, either, he sure does not act like one, so please let him remain thinking of himself as a young pup. For obvious reasons, all animals adopted from Homeward Bound MUST live indoors only. This dog has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and tested for heartworm and lyme disease
