PERSONALITY TRAITS:
Who knows what Ms. Baloo's story is...what we do know is she is nervous and tense when first meeting people but with a slow approach will wag her tail and allow pets. She loves treats and doing zoomies in the yard. Oh – she loves toys! She may be okay with other dogs with a very slow and proper introduction.
So...what we have is a pooch that wants love but is afraid at first. Ms. Baloo would thrive in a home where her new family/person would give her the time she needs to decompress and realize she is safe.
The shelter is advising a home without children because Ms. Baloo is restraint sensitive and reacts to neck pressure ie pulling on her collar. She needs a family/person that will take everything slowly with her.
