Muffy

This little girl (approx 2-3 years old) was found wandering the ditch down Hwy 304 a couple of times during the day August 10th. Finally someone rescued her before she was hit by a car and brought her to the shelter. She's a friendly little shih tzu who has not been looked after properly as she was covered in matts. She has been clipped and has a new lease on life now that she's been released from all of her painful mats and tangled fur. She is a friendly dog who seems to walk well on leash and knows a couple of commands like sit. She must go to a home without cats as she does not get along with them. She has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped so she is ready to go to her forever home right away. Our dog adoption fee is $150 which includes spay/neuter, shot, rabies shot and microchip. Puppies that are not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption will require a $300 refundable (upon proof of surgery being presented to MLDHS) spay/neuter deposit.
