I'm Murphy Where did you meet TAPS? I originally met TAPS at a Los Angeles County Shelter. Then I was adopted in 2015. My family has new babies and they are not able to take care of me any longer. TAPS welcomed me back with open arms. How old are you? I am around 10ish -11ish. Tell us about yourself! I am a sweet loving soul who just wants to please. I love to be in the backyard and out for walks. I am housetrained and enjoy the compny and comfort of another dogs. I am nervous about meeting new people, but want to make friends. I weigh approximately: 28lbs All TAPS animals are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before they go to new homes because that's the responsible way to keep them all safe. To adopt one of our animals, the first step is filling out an adoption application at www.tapsusa.org Please make sure you get a confirmation that your application has been submitted. We only adopt to LOCAL HOMES in City of Burbank and other adjacent communities in the immediate vicinity because we utilize our volunteer force to process home visits. Photos of your home, letters of reference are not acceptable which is why we only adopt locally. Only in very rare circumstances do we adopt out of area. Examples of this would be finding the perfect home for a senior animal or one that has other special needs that we have not been able to place locally for an extended period of time.
