Mushu is a five year old Shar Pei that was dumped at the shelter. He had lived with entropia - where the eyelid folds inward causing the eyelashes to face inward, which, in turn, causes pain, irritation, and in Mushu's case, chronic conjunctivitis and impairment of some vision. He has had the surgery in both eyes to correct the entropia and only time will tell how his vision is. He is a sweet boy that is longing for his own human and nothing more... he is well behaved, attentive, and a quick learner. He came from a place that had to many dogs to give him the time he so longed for and as a result, he can do without other dogs. Mushu will require drops in his eyes 3-4 times a day - probably for the rest of his life, but the love he gives in return makes the small chore well worth it. Mushu is about five years old and weighs 60 pounds.
