Meet Myrtle,
Myrtle is a sweet shy girl who is around 2 years old. She is new at our rescue and we are learning all about her. She can be a little timid to new people, but a few treats here and there will get her crawling in your lap. She likes other dogs and keeps her crate clean. She has yet to get cat tested but it can be arranged upon request. Myrtle would love a quiet place to settle down in and get loved on. She hopes to find her forever home soon.
The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
