Nell

Nell is a great dog who loves to play with other large dogs. She is about 2 years old and around 48 lbs. She is fully house broken and is past her chewing age. She would do best in a home with a fenced in yard and another active dog so she has plenty of playtime. She is great with children and was living with a toddler until they decided not to keep her any longer. She almost looks like a miniature Great Dane or Ridgeback mix, but we are not sure what her breed is, maybe some Shepherd or Lab mixed in. Those big brown eyes will melt your heart!

This organization is run by volunteers only and we try our best to save as many homeless pets as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find on the Pet Rescue website: www.ny-petrescue.org and we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 5 days. Pet Rescue doesn't have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved.
