My Story

Sweet Olive had a rough start in life. She was abandoned in an empty lot in a very bad neighborhood in Houston. She was found on a short tether in the elements 24/7, and stood next to a scalding hot plastic Igloo dog house where she could take no refuge. Olive was given no food or water and sadly extremely emaciated when she was finally saved. Even after all of the hardship that Olive faced as a baby puppy, you would never know it! Olive is a LOVER!! She is a great kisser, loves all people, and has an extra-special affinity for kids. Once she tires from her puppy play, she likes to cuddle and watch tv (like literally WATCH it lol) or take a snooze on your comfy lap. Olive loves to go on walks as well (her favorite part of her walkies is picking up any sort of item along the walk, not to chew, just to carry it like a trophy). Olive is smart as a whip tooshe can already sit, shake, and fetch!! She sleeps through the night and has had no accidents in her foster home. She is crate trained as well. Olive lives with 4 other foster siblings (dogs) and would love to have a brother or sister to play with and loving family to call her ownfurever! Olive will be a medium sized, full grown girl with a projected adult weight of only 50 lbs. Applications are at codys_adoption_application. Cody's adopts dogs in the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area, and does not adopt puppies under the age of six months into apartment homes.
