ADOPTED! - Hi Everybody! My name is Opie, and I'm the sweetest, most loving, gentle, mellow pup you'll ever meet. (I'm also really quiet, and don't do that "Beagle-howl" thing.) I'm about five or six months old, so I'm pretty much full grown at 20 lbs. I love people and other dogs and--although I enjoy running and playing--I'd also make a great couch potato. I would really like to have a safely fenced yard (please, no invisible fencing) and possibly another dog to play with. I am pretty much housebroken but--because I'm still a shy pup--I do sometimes get excited and submissively pee a little. (But as I get older and develop more self-confidence, I don't think this will be a problem.) I don't want to be a latchkey dog, so an owner who is works just part time, is retired, or works out of their home would be perfect for me. I've been neutered, immunized, wormed, and microchipped, so I'm ready to go home with you. My adoption fee is $250--which is a great bargain, considering that all my vetting has been done!
