Sweet Oscar enjoys hopping and bopping around with his foster dog siblings (bit of a "heart is willing" scenario) and is even a friendly and patient brother to a curious budgie. He is happy to snooze and contemplate sunbeams while his foster mom works or provide supervisory management of backyard garden chores.
