Meet Otis! This handsome chap was born in early March and we suspect he's a lab mix with those big floppy ears and playful puppy energy.
Otis is a friendly and happy puppy who is learning all about fun puppy toys and fetch in his foster home and loving every minute of it. He's also excelling at crate training and potty training. Otis adores the kids in his foster home and the resident kitty is teaching him about boundaries.
