Meet Mr. Otto, a sweet and shy pup who's slowly coming out of his shell. Although he might take a little time to warm up, once he does, he's all about love and snuggles! Approximately 9 months old; Otto and his siblings were found in Puerto Rico when they were just about 3 months old. The puppies have been flourishing in their foster homes in Portland, slowly learning to be carefree puppy dogs. Otto and the rest of his litter were timid when we first found them, and while they can still be a bit reserved with new people initially, they've made significant strides in overcoming this and continue to blossom. Otto will do best in a home that can continue to work with him with love and patience. A home with another dog will be best. Personality: Timid but Loving: Otto is a bit reserved at first but becomes a real sweetheart once he gets comfortable. Snuggle Pro: Once he feels at ease, Otto loves nothing more than being close to his human friends. Toy Fanatic: Otto has a playful side and enjoys collecting toys around the house to create his own little haven. Ideal Home: Needs a Canine Pal: Otto thrives with other dogs, especially those who are more confident. A home with a furry friend would be perfect. Not for Little Kids: While Otto is gentle, he's not a fan of quick movements, so a home without very small children would suit him best.
