Owen is not just a resilient survivor; he's also a fantastic companion. He loves to play and be close to the people who care for him. While he can entertain himself with his toys, he prefers having you nearby, sharing his joyful moments. His affectionate nature makes him a truly loving friend who thrives on human connection. Owen has also done well in playgroups here at the shelter. While he tends to be aloof with the other dogs, he's content to coexist peacefully, preferring to focus on his toys and the people who love him.
