Pancake

Have you been considering adopting a dog but thought maybe a weird little gremlin might be more fun? Have you ever thought- "sure a dog who can walk on a leash would be nice, but it might be fun to adopt a spazzy creature who's still learning leashes won't eat you"? Then boy, oh boy, do I have the dog for you. Meet Pancake! This perfect little nugget spent the first two weeks of her life in foster hiding in a bathtub, but she's come so far since then. Where she used to run from people, now she runs to say hi. Where she used to hide from anything and everything, now she's learned the world isn't so scary. As she's learned to be brave, Pancake's personality has really come out and it is SO much fun. She's playful, silly, and loves to cuddle. Pancake is very sensitive and very smart, making her a blast to train. She is still learning about certain things like leashes, so a home with a securely fenced in backyard is a must for Pancake right now. Pancake enjoys other dogs but she's a little awkward, so selective dogs might not love her vibe. She's what we call a "stiff greeter", so if your dog prefers a more easy-going playmate, then Pancake is not your girl. Currently she's very scared of cats but could be friends with one who's a bit nicer than her current foster brother. Pancake is not suited for a home with children under the age of 13.
