She came from a local family who could no longer keep her due to their living situation. Under socialized, unvetted, and unsure, Panda arrived and we quickly started to work with her. Now fully up to date on all medical needs, she is ready to start her journey to furever. Panda has a few manners but was never walked on a leash, had extremely limited interactions with dogs, and can be shy in new situations. However she quickly warms up to new people, loves a good cuddle, and is a fast learner. Every day we work with Panda on her manners. She knows sit, sometimes will hold on “wait” for her food, and is getting better at leash walking. Very intense around other dogs, she is slowly becoming more comfortable during pack walks, but still can get over excited and too eager. Panda is looking for someone who will continue working with her. She’s a good girl who has so much potential. Panda is looking for an only dog home that is ready to build a bond, form a partnership, and show Panda what furever means. She did pass her cat test, so can live with a feline companion.
