Papita was found by one of our rescuers in Puerto Rico nearly starved to death. With some TLC, they were able to save her life and prepare her for freedom flight to the States, where she's ready for her second chance. Papita is a chihuahua, 8 lbs, 3 years old, up to date on vaccines and spayed. Please consider adding Papita to your family.
