ADOPTED! Parker was found wondering around Constitution Park in Cumberland, MD. When the young lady and her Mom who caught him, brought him to The Ark of Hope Rescue he was in terrible shape. He was covered in mud, feces and thistles. He was very thin and both of his eyes had ulcers on them. He was very scared of people, only God knows what this 4 -5 month old puppy has had to live through! Once at The Ark was received a bath and was taken to the vets for shots and meds. He is now very healthy, happy and friendly. The only thing missing in his young life now is a family to make him forget the terrible life that he has had to live for the past few months of his life.
