I am a beautiful girl with lots of energy and love to give. I enjoy taking walks and runs with my amazing long legs. I'm a good girl but I am young and will need some guidance and general training. I love the people who come to visit me and seem happy to see other dogs too. I will need careful introductions to people, pets, and children as I can get really excited and that can be a bit much for some humans and pets. But I am definitely a lovebug! Like many dogs in NC, I am currently heartworm positive. OCAS will be helping by beginning my treatment but you'll need to follow up with your veterinarian! During treatment I will be on an oral medication and will need to get a topical solution monthly until I have a Negative Heartworm Test. If you have any questions about this please ask to speak with a member of the medical staff.
