Pawley, sometimes known as Bat Man, was a severe cruelty & neglect case w City Animal Control. He has been fearful, but never, ever, aggressive from day 1; but today he is wagging his tail & smiling some for the 1st time! God Bless Pawley! He just needs a soft voice & a gentle hand to show him the world is not hateful! He longs so much for that! Isolated & alone, neglected & starved, & yelled at his whole life- he is restoring his soul- and it's as loving & grateful & sweet as can be!
