She is devoted to her person(s) and is playful and young at heart. Peaches is now about 3 1/2 years old and has been with us for 2 1/2 years-which is far too long, in my opinion. She needs to be adopted and in a home environment where she can re-acclimate to family life. Peaches would do well with a person who enjoys running or exercising daily as she is a high energy dog. We have worked with her over the last 2 years that she has been with us on basic commands-particularly "sit". This girl is extremely intelligent and learns fast! We have crate trained her(she may be housetrained too but can not guarantee this) and taken care of her spay. She is HW + but we have kept her on microfilaracide and HW prevention for over a year now with success.Peaches has been in rescue for over a year now and is very much wanting a family of her own who can exercise her regularly and play. We believe Peaches to be a pitbull terrier and sharpei mix as she has the purpling on her tongue. She is approx 40 pounds. She gets along with some dogs but is too rambunctious for small children as she will jump on them.PEACHES NEEDS AN EXPERIENCED OWNER who UNDERSTANDS PITBULLS OR OTHER LARGE BREED DOGS ONLY BECAUSE THIS BREED TYPE IS STRONG AND NEEDS TO BE CHALLENGED EVERYDAY!!
