The kind person who found them brought them home and returned them to health, but would soon face eviction for exceeding the max number of dogs in her home if she didn't find someplace for them. The shelters she reached out to were at/beyond capacity and would immediately euthanize surrenders and she was panicking for these sweet pups. Luckily, there is an amazing network of rescue friends down there and one got wind of the situation and made room for a safe stay while she worked her connections. We are honored to help the valiant efforts of our kind friends down south, whose lives revolve around the dogs they save, daily <3 These two pups are dog friendly but not bonded to each other, and content to find homes of their own to enjoy. Peanut is a goofy little pup that is excited to learn and play. He's pretty calm for his age, but friendly with everyone and excited to meet the world. He really loves having dog friends, so a sibling or frequent playmate would be heaven for him! He's still young and may jump some when excited, but he is working on it. We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
