My Story

Please contact Piotter for more information about this pet.Pearl looks like a white husky/shepherd mix. She was found with 4 sibling pups and the mama dog. Operation Pets Alive stepped up to help. She and her siblings were fostered with a large pack living in a rural area. Pearl is now in boarding, along with her sibling Aja, where she is receiving additional human socialization, more individual attention and has easy access to off-site adoption events. Pearl is crate trained uses the bathroom outside when given the chance. Pearl is a "long term" dog that is a little scared when meeting new people. Once she trusts you, she warms up and is super friendly. She likes to play chase with her siblings. Pearl also likes water and hoses, like the rest of her siblings. She loves to chew on hooves and play with tennis balls. She enjoys being groomed too. She is fine on a leash and has been good on car rides. For a treat she might get a hard boiled egg (with the shell, my foster mom said it's really good for digestion and vitamins), chicken hearts or chicken livers.
