My Story

update 2/4/10 Pedro, a 12 week old mixed breed, continues to do very well at his foster home. He has settled right in and loves to play with the resident four year old black lab. He is finally just big enough to get on the couch for his nap time and loves to snuggle right before bed time. He loves kids and loves to play with all kinds of dogs. We had a large doggie play date with several other dogs at our house and he had a blast! Pedro does have an interest in cats, but mostly to see if they want to play with him. Potty training is still a work in progress but he is getting the hang of it with treats. He has no problems with his crate for bed time and sleeps through the night. Like most pups, he would definitely benefit with a basic puppy training class. He also loves car rides! Pedro has been an absolute love and would be a great addidion to any family. He just wants to be loved and played with.

update 1/25/10 After a rough start to life, Pedro is doing amazing! He is about 10 weeks old and is a very mixed breed. He is absolutely a love, doing great with potty training and crate training. He learned how to sit very quickly, as well. He listens extremely well and is very attentive. Pedro is cat curious and he's great with kids and dogs. He looks like he may have some terrier or jack russell in him as well as shepherd. He is too cute for words!

This P-litter is a very young (9wks old) litter that was literally dumped..in a dump in subzero temperatures!! And left to die. We have NO IDEA what breed they are, or what size they will be. Our best guess is medium sized. Both brothers and sister look like a Heinz 57 variety!

They are looking for homes that will socialize them very heavily in the next few months with kids/dogs/strangers/environments, and will give them the life they deserve. They will need to go out about every 2 hours, are already fixed/altered but will need their last set of puppy shots/rabies after adopted due to their very young age. They will be up to date for their age.
