Penelope came to SparKy in January 2023 with her babies. All of them have found forever homes but sadly, Penelope keeps getting overlooked and we are not sure why.
Penelope is not good with other dogs and can be aggressive with cats, so she needs to be in a home without other animals. Penelope loves people, but she can exhibit some food aggression so she would need to be in a home with older children who would respect her boundaries.
