Has been living on the streets in SW LR and in an abandoned house for a while with a couple of her puppies. She is a tiny girl and just as sweet as can be! She loves everyone she meets. Penelope has been in a foster home for a couple of days now and the foster reports that she is one of the easiest fosters she has ever had. She just likes to lay around on the couch when left alone and does not need to be kenneled. She also has picked up on potty training immediately!
