Penelope is a ball full of fun and love to give to everyone around! Despite being DEAF, she adjusts quickly and has gotten along with every human and animal she has met so far. She LOVES to play with other dogs and cuddle up on the couch just the same. She is a young puppy, so she does still have some training left to do, but she will be a wonderful adult sweetheart to whatever family chooses to provide her with a promise of forever.
