PENN is a happy, high-spirited playful puppy with a touch of sass. She has beautiful green eyes and likes to talk to her foster mom when it's time to play. PENN is curious, loves exploring the yard, and playing with her toys.
PENN is crate trained, almost potty trained, and is starting to learn basic commands.
