Penny is a small female Chi mix about 14 pounds. She had a liter of puppies and they are all weaned and now is her turn to find her forever family. Penny can be stand-offish and protective of her owner. She has your typical chihuhua personality. Once she get to know you though she is a real love bug and lap dog.
