Meet Penny! Her foster parents call her Sweet P for a reason - she is the cuddliest, most loving girl you'll ever meet. Her favorite things are playing fetch, zoomies around the yard, and snuggling with her foster parents on the sofa. She absolutely adores being around her humans. She can also display some leash reactivity but her foster parents are working on it with her and it's quickly improving! Penny demonstrated some resource guarding behaviors in the past so would likely do best in a home without other pets.
